The staff is amazing and accommodating, always asking how they can help. Fast Wi-Fi, huge room with incredible views. HD TV. Cheap transportation with Passapp. Romantic and classy rooftop bar/restaurant. Owner and his wife treated us like family.
Cannot find any fault.

We arrived late at Nou'S River and were warmly welcomed by the staff, who guided us to a convenience store and recommended nearby restaurants that were still open. The room was spotless, modern, and well-furnished. The breakfast served on the rooftop had amazing views over the river and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly, always available, and willing to help. The location, although a bit far from central Phnom Penh, was easily accessible with the PassApp application. I had a fantastic stay at Nou'S River and would definitely recommend it.

My stay at Nou's River Hotel in Phnom Penh was convenient and hassle-free. As a frequent traveler, I appreciate its proximity to the nearest airport, Pochentong, which is just 11 kilometers away. This made it extremely convenient for me as I had an early morning flight to catch. the hotel is situated near the airport, providing ease of access for transit travelers like myself.
I must admit that there was one minor drawback during my stay. Despite the overall cleanliness of the room, I noticed a glass in the bathroom that had toothpaste at the bottom.

The room was absolutely amazing! It had a sleek and contemporary design, with all the modern facilities you could ask for. the bathroom was spacious and the shower had excellent water pressure. the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Another great aspect was the large TV screen in the room, with a wide variety of programs to choose from. It made for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring.
The breakfast. It was a disappointment in terms of the quality of ingredients used and the overall preparation.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the large and spacious rooms at this hotel. The contemporary design and facilities added a touch of luxury to our stay. We also enjoyed the excellent view from our terrace, which provided the perfect setting for a romantic evening.
One aspect that we found disappointing was the breakfast. The quality of ingredients used and the preparation did not meet our expectations.
